Torbay Hour
For those of you that have never heard of it, #TorbayHour is not a media company. It was set up by James Twigger (@JamesTwigger), a local accountant, as a way of trying to promote all the fantastic small and independent businesses across Torbay and South Devon, as well as promoting the South West #openforbusiness campaign.
On Monday 6th October 2014, Riviera Wellbeing were the featured account on #TorbayHour.
#TorbayHour takes place every Monday evening between 8-9 pm and anyone can take part. You don’t have to be a business, you can just come along and find out what’s going on around Torbay and South Devon. Just include the #TorbayHour in your tweet, chat and share whatever you want, everybody is really friendly and will help you out if you ask. You would be surprised how many great things there are to do and how many amazing people there are out there providing services to the people of Torbay!
For those of you that know Phoebe, you will probably have noticed that she loves to chat!
Phoebe, on behalf of Riviera Wellbeing, was invited to take part in their hour-long internet-broadcast radio show. It was obviously an opportunity to promote the clinic, but she chose to talk about BackCare Awareness Week 2014 – a national initiative whose purpose is to raise awareness of the causes of back pain, and what can be done to combat it. back. This year the campaign’s focus was on office workers. According to a recent NHS study about 7.6 million working days were lost due to work-related back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders from 2010 to 2011..
Give it a listen – as always, Phoebe gives some great advice!
