What is ‘Life Coaching’
The way we experience the world is governed by our own perceptions and any limiting beliefs we may have. By changing the things that we focus on, and altering our limiting beliefs, we can have a profound impact upon the way that we experience life and our emotional responses the things that it throws at us.
Life coaching provides directional guidance, a safe environment and insight into the best tools to allow us to examine and correct our self-limiting beliefs and emotional responses. Once we understand the emotional responses which negatively impact us, we are in a much better place to make positive change.
Often, implementing some very simple changes can have a profoundly positive impact upon the way we experience life.
Our life coach Yvonne Rose has a lifetime of experience to call upon. She is a BCAP certified coach and a Registered Psychotherapist. She has plenty of post-graduate training in all manner of related subjects .
