After years of working in offices, Sarah first started training in massage over eight years ago. Having always appreciated the benefits that massage can bring, she continues to be amazed at the physiological and psychological improvements that can be brought about by massage therapy.
In addition to her training in Swedish technique, Sarah has done further training in Remedial Massage, Hot Stone technique and she continues to study Myofascial Release. As a result of this broad knowledge, Sarah aims for every treatment be as relaxing as possible whilst being able to address the individual’s needs: from chronic pain and injury through to rest and stress relief.
Your first treatment will include a full consultation in order to assess your goals for treatment. With this information in mind, your care can be completely tailored to you.
Sarah was wonderful in listening to my digestive symptoms and suggesting a range of options to try with a view to improving my complaints as well as my general health. She was friendly, calm and very keen to help
Now that Covid safety restrictions have eased we are simply asking that all patients attending appointments feel fully well in themselves or take a lateral flow test (and test negative) before coming into the clinic.
If you have any doubts over your health we are happy to rearrange your appointment. We really appreciate 24 hours notice of this if at all possible.
In addition, we ask that (especially in busy periods) you continue to wear a face covering in the public areas of the clinic.
Thank you for continuing to help us protect our team and more vulnerable patients so that we can continue to look after you all.
