My name is Anne Rosser and I became interested in hands on therapies many years ago. Having experienced both Reflexology and Reiki in the past and having had such a good response to both therapies myself, I felt the time was right for a change of career. I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2004 and then went on to study Reiki, becoming a Master/Teacher in 2008. I practise Reflexology in Paignton’s Riviera Wellbeing – Chiropractic and Wellness clinic.
A consultation with me is much more than a mere foot massage, and involves the stimulation of specific reflex points using a variety of pressure techniques. I finish each session with an approach referred to as ‘linking’ which I feel completes and ties together the work done during the treatment.
Reflexology and Reiki are the therapies I practise for the majority of the time as I find these are so helpful to most of the patients I see. However, during my treatments I regularly draw upon my 15 years experience in Complementary medicine. If I feel that you would benefit from nutritional advice, tissue salts or Bach flower remedies these approaches will also be discussed. This combinational approach to care has proven to be beneficial for many of my clients.
I love my work and there is nothing more satisfying than to be able to help improve someone's health and see the difference that therapies can make. I suffered with M.E. for years and know how frustrating illness can be. I believe this has helped in my Practice and made me a more understanding therapist.

Now that Covid safety restrictions have eased we are simply asking that all patients attending appointments feel fully well in themselves or take a lateral flow test (and test negative) before coming into the clinic.
If you have any doubts over your health we are happy to rearrange your appointment. We really appreciate 24 hours notice of this if at all possible.
In addition, we ask that (especially in busy periods) you continue to wear a face covering in the public areas of the clinic.
Thank you for continuing to help us protect our team and more vulnerable patients so that we can continue to look after you all.
