About Us
We are a multi-disciplinary Chiropractic and Wellness Centre with a focus on evidence-based practice and a bias towards functional rehabilitation and patient education. Our open, honest, patient-centred approach means that we are constantly growing, and are very well-regarded within our community.
We currently have four Chiropractors, an Acupuncturist, a Reflexologist, a Nutritional Therapist, a Psychologist/Counsellor and three Massage Therapists. With a combined clinical experience of well over 100 years, we provide an excellent environment in which to grow and diversify both your knowledge and experience. Always striving for the patients’ best outcome, our practitioners are happy to cross-refer and consult between disciplines when in a patients’ best interest.
Open 6 days a week from 8am to 8pm (1pm on Saturdays) with fully-staffed reception, we are a busy, yet efficiently run business. We have invested heavily in our premises, management systems and technology and constantly strive to provide the best patient experience and working environment.
About the Role
This role will grow to fit the candidate but will be based on approximately 25 hours per week initially. With a share of all new patients as well as the support to go out and mix with community, form links and grow your own practice. There is huge scope to make this position whatever you want it to be. As a result, this position is ideal for someone with enthusiasm, passion and the confidence to engage with the community. We do not care whether you are a new grad or have many years experience, but will wait for the right person to fit with our existing team!
With almost no paid advertising, our clinic currently attracts 60 to 80 new patients per month. The vast majority of these come to us through word of mouth recommendation. We are keen to share this with our new practitioner and will invest in advertising once we have more room for new patients!
We have 4 experienced Chiropractors all of whom practice using a variety of evidence based technique on a wide age-range of patients. One PRT-registered trainer with a wealth of paediatric experience, two IVAC trained and registered and one with a solid sports chiropractic and functional rehabilitation background, who will be available for mentoring and support, allowing you to develop and expand your knowledge and scope of practise quickly.
We pay on a percentage basis which increases with your experience and patient volume. We will pay your first years GCC and association fees, and will assist with relocation for the right candidate.
