I love my work and there is nothing more satisfying than to be able to help improve someone’s health and see the difference that therapies can make. I suffered with M.E. for years and know how frustrating illness can be. I believe this has helped in my Practice and made me a more understanding therapist.

Anne Rosser (Dip Ref) – Reflexologist
My name is Anne Rosser and I became interested in hands on therapies many years ago. Having experienced both Reflexology and Reiki in the past and having had such a good response to both therapies myself, I felt the time was right for a change of career. I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2004 and then went on to study Reiki, becoming a Master/Teacher in 2008. I practise Reflexology in Paignton’s Riviera Wellbeing – Chiropractic and Wellness clinic.
A consultation with me is much more than a mere foot massage, and involves the stimulation of specific reflex points using a variety of pressure techniques. I finish each session with an approach referred to as ‘linking’ which I feel completes and ties together the work done during the treatment.
Reflexology and Reiki are the therapies I practise for the majority of the time as I find these are so helpful to most of the patients I see. However, during my treatments I regularly draw upon my 15 years experience in Complementary medicine. If I feel that you would benefit from nutritional advice, tissue salts or Bach flower remedies these approaches will also be discussed. This combinational approach to care has proven to be beneficial for many of my clients.
We live such stressful lives trying to juggle work and family life that so many of us do not find time for ourselves. Give me a call or come and see me to discuss how these therapies could help you.

What our patients say about Anne…
Receptioni sts and all staff are friendly and attentive. I have tried the reflexolog y and acupunctur e which are both very effective. However I must say how fantastic Paul is (chiropractor) he managed to fix a long term lower back proble. He is gentle yet very effective and I am never disappoint ed. He always makes sure you are satisfied with your treatment and never rushes you out of the door. I highly recommend this practice and will certainly visit again.BG – Paignton

I am so happy to have found Anne. She has helped me immensely with Reflexology sessions and reiki. My immune system has strengthened, my pain has decreased and my total wellbeing is more positive. I urge anyone to try a session of reflexology as I find it a wonderful experience and I return every week. Try it once and your be hooked. Thank you Anne.KC – Torquay
For years I avoided reflexology, thinking that my feet were too ticklish and sensitive! However, following a short taster session which I thoroughly enjoyed, I decided to have a course of treatment with Anne and have received regular reflexology ever since. It is a wonderful relaxing therapy that has helped me in many ways, but most notably, my troublesome menopausal hot flushes cleared quickly after only a few sessions. Anne is a warm, kind, caring and professional practitioner, and I would recommend her and reflexology to anyone.Mrs P – Newton Abbot
As a Parkinson’s sufferer it was suggested that complimentary medicines, such as reflexology and massage could be beneficial, and well worth a try. after suffering with cold feet and poor circulation (especially at night). with Anne’s treatment, I have found an improvement in my feet and lower legs and also a significant reduction in episodes of crampR.
