Here at Riviera Wellbeing we want you to feel relaxed. That is why the first visit is designed to be a clinical fact finding mission where we get to the bottom of your complaint. We will take a thorough history of your condition, perform a physical examination including relevant orthopaedic and neurological tests and arrange for any further tests if they are required.
When all this information is then put together, we will give you a diagnosis for your condition and explain why this makes you feel the way you do. Then we will explain what we plan to do to help you feel better.
Throughout this process we will welcome your questions, listen to you and encourage you to tell us if you have any concerns. We want you to be at ease.
Treatment will then be tailored to you, the individual, your diagnosis and your preferences.
In the event of an acute episode of pain, you may want treatment as soon as possible. If your chiropractor feels that this is possible and safe to do, this can be arranged, but you will still be given detailed feedback about your complaint and have the opportunity to ask questions.
We passionately believe that the key to tackling and treating long term or recurrent complaints is to understand them. So bear with us while we take a detailed look at you as it will allow us to formulate the best plan with which to help you back to health
